The hire period for all goods supplied by Flowers by Aimee will be variable and agreed prior to your wedding day, along with details for return/collection.
Due to their perishable nature, flowers are non-returnable, however if your flower delivery is incorrect or damaged, please call Flowers by Aimee directly on 01229 467402 within 24 hours of accepting the delivery and we will endeavour to exchange your goods or offer you a refund.
We do not offer a guarantee for the life of our products, simply because there are so many factors out of our control that can affect how long our products last. In general, we recommend storing fresh flowers in a cool place, out of direct sunlight and away from any heat sources. We also recommend flowers are kept out of draughts, with the water topped up daily and then changed every couple of days.
All our flowers come with a care card, detailing the best way to keep your flowers fresh for longer.
